Responsibilities:

  • Research and search for new partners across the CIS region
  • Initial contact and negotiations
  • Presentation of the company’s offers
  • Handover of active leads to account managers for further management
  • Maintaining a leads database and recording all communications
  • Weekly reporting on completed work

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing / sales / business development.
  • Proven experience in searching for and attracting partners in the CIS region (especially Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan).
  • Nice to have: background in iGaming / betting / casino.

Hard Skills:

  • Confident use of Telegram / VK / Instagram and other local traffic sources.
  • Google Sheets / Excel (maintaining partner databases, reporting, tracking leads and tasks).

Knowledge:

  • Research and outreach of affiliates (channels, chats, communities, forums).
  • Basic performance metrics: FTD, CR, ROI.
  • Cold outreach skills and ability to generate partner interest.
  • Understanding of local specifics: where to find traffic and which GEOs are most “hot.”

Languages:

  • Local language of the target country — required.
  • Russian — an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactivity and drive (constant search for new contacts).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to establish first contact easily.
  • Persistence (ability to handle rejections and cold leads).
  • Multitasking and adaptability.
  • Fast learner with a hands-on attitude.
