Shipboard Security Officer (Men & Women) – MSC Cruises

About the Position

We are looking for experienced Security Officers and Guards to join the Security Department on board the world’s leading cruise line — MSC Cruises.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the safety and protection of guests, crew, and the vessel throughout each voyage.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security across all ship areas

• Control access points and conduct security screenings

• Inspect baggage and personal belongings to prevent unauthorized items

• Patrol public and restricted areas to ensure safety compliance

• Respond to and investigate incidents or security breaches

• Participate in emergency drills and safety training sessions

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, police, military, customs, or airport control

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Excellent physical condition and professional conduct under pressure

• Ability to work in a multicultural, international team

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
