​​​​​​We’re a startup providing first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing our team in Minsk. We’re looking for a People Partner who genuinely cares about people, supports teams, and helps create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

What you’ll do

  • Support team leads with onboarding, motivation, retention, and growth of their teams.
  • Be the go-to person for employees’ questions - from processes to personal development and wellbeing.

  • Spot early signs of disengagement or conflict and help resolve them constructively.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and leaders.

  • Handle healthy, respectful offboarding when needed.

  • Gather feedback from teams on company processes and benefits, and help turn it into improvements.

  • Participate in running surveys (employee engagement, eNPS, etc.), analyze results, share insights, and plan follow-up actions.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement - making work meaningful and enjoyable.

What we expect

  • 2+ years in HR Generalist or People Partner roles, ideally in IT, fast-paced teams or startups.

  • Higher education or additional training/certifications in HR (HR Generalist, HR BP, etc.) and/or psychology.

  • Experience working with HR goals and metrics (KPIs, OKRs, success metrics).

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and talent development.

  • English B2+, written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across the team.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • PC-literate – confident with office tools and HR systems.

Nice to have: experience with customer-facing teams, iGaming experience, HR analytics, or culture/engagement projects.

  • Hybrid work: office in Minsk (~900 m to Park Chelyuskintsev station, or Moskovskaya) + flexibility.

  • W/day: from 10 till 19:00, 8-hour, 5/2; FTE.
