We are seeking a highly qualified Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and prepare clearance reports for subsequent registration.
Prepare, file, and manage trademark applications, overseeing all related prosecution proceedings.
Draft and submit responses to official office actions.
Develop and draft a wide range of IP agreements, including assignment agreements, licensing agreements, and franchising agreements.
Manage the renewal and recordal of changes for intellectual property titles.
Provide legal counsel to clients on the protection of intellectual property assets.
Handle business correspondence with international clients and partners.
Maintain client databases, contract registries, and payment documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Higher legal education degree.
Proven experience in trademark law and intellectual property matters (mandatory).
Prior experience in a consulting environment, with a clear understanding of client-service dynamics and the specific demands of professional services.
Confident command of the English language for effective communication with international clients.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a responsible, diligent approach to work.
Commitment to professional development and openness to learning new practices.
Experience working with counterparts in CIS countries will be considered an advantage.
