Develop and execute PR strategies, including brand promotion, quarterly product launches, and customer engagement (activation and gifting).
Organize and execute offline events: BTL, gifting, customer engagement. Including idea creation, budget control and documentation (please specify 1 primary KPI you would track in such initiatives and include it to your cover letter)
Create and adapt PR content: press releases, articles, social media posts, landing pages.
Integrate sustainability and CSR messaging into communications.
Manage multiple projects at different stages and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate work with contractors, agencies, and suppliers. Handle primary documentation accurately
Monitor media and beauty industry trends, analyze competitors.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in PR or Consumer Activation Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of beauty industry trends, brands, and influencers.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing external factors.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong presentation skills.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Kazakh: Ортадан жоғары деңгей (B1)
