Responsibilities:
Collect Consumer Data:
- Ensure accurate and compliant collection of consumer data from various touchpoints: Kaspi, offline stores, online website, and lead generation campaigns.
- Gather and validate customer information from both online and offline sources.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Identify new opportunities to enrich consumer profiles.
Maintain and Manage Consumer Data in CRM Database:
- Control data accuracy and completeness in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain segmentation models for targeted communication.
- Regularly update and clean CRM databases.
- Build and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and other factors.
Elaborate CRM Concept and Activities Plan:
- Plan CRM campaigns and initiatives within approved budget allowances.
- Develop detailed CRM activity plans and timelines.
- Estimate costs and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
Execute CRM Activities:
- Implement CRM campaigns and activities according to the roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution (GTM, sales, finance, etc.).
- Set up and deploy email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns.
- Manage campaign workflows and monitor performance.
Data Analytics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:
- Track and analyze CRM performance.
- Recommend improvements based on insights.
- Create regular CRM reports and dashboards (KPIs, campaign results, etc.).
- Identify and implement process improvements for CRM efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM.
- Proficiency in working with CRM systems and analytical tools.
- Experience in retention strategies and loyalty programs
- Strong data processing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and plan workflows effectively.
- Knowledge of segmentation techniques and targeted communication.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or service industries.
- CRM or loyalty certification.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SAP marketing cloud and automation tools.
