About the Role:

QBA Global is hiring passionate and experienced SAP Functional Consultants to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation for a leading multinational company operating across Uzbekistan.

Locations: Karshi | Kokand | Ferghana
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Client: Leading Multinational (Manufacturing Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a functional expert in your SAP module (MM, SD, FI, CO, or PP)
- Collaborate with business users and the central SAP team to analyze and optimize business processes. Participate in requirement gathering, testing (UAT), and go-live support
- Provide end-user training and ensure proper documentation of processes
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with global SAP support teams
- Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan localization and business-specific requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- From 1 and 3 more years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting (MM, SD, FI, CO, or PP)
- Hands-on understanding of manufacturing or production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, with basic English for global coordination
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA rollout or implementation projects
- Industry exposure in automotive, manufacturing, textile, or agro sectors
- Ability to train and support local users effectively
