Specialist, Payroll - I

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll calculations, including salaries, vacations, sick leaves, and social benefits;

• Verify the accuracy of time sheets and attendance records;

• Enter payroll data into the SAP system;

• Ensure correct tax deductions and social contributions;

• Execute payments (salary, severance, alimony, taxes, and other deductions);

• Prepare payroll-related certificates and reports;

• Provide consultations to employees on payroll matters.

Requirements:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting;

• Knowledge of the Labor Code and Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Experience with SAP is an advantage;

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);

• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages is mandatory;

• Intermediate level of English.
