Responsibilities:

FEMALES ONLY, if it is a male candidate, kindly send your CV and your female referrals at @JordiC2S(once those female referrals are hired you will get 50$)
Mostly, calling customers using advances CRM tool (CDK, e-leads this CRM tool is very popular among Big Businesses, so it is already looking good on your Resume and Linkedin for future)
Setting Appointments for the week, making sure clients show up to their appointments, following up with new and old customers.
Bringing more clients through Marketplaces like Facebook.
Following up with possible trade-in customers and Price-Drops.

Requirements:

English B2 or above, Russian and any other languages are welcome, especially Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese since it is an American Market.
Being available for Night Shift (7pm to 4am, Monday to Saturday, During Winter and 6pm to 3am during other seasons)
Being NOT LAZY, willing to go extra mile for the prospects and the ability to meet deadlines and accepting monthly plan challenges.

Terms:

Fixed 500$ monthly salary ( which can go up to 1100$ on fixed salary only)
+ KPI depending on your performance (you can easily nail 700-800$ in your FIRST month and around and above 1000$ in your 3rd to 4th months)
Probation Period is PAID if you are employed.
