GP Solutions is looking for a Senior Java Developer.
Project:
One of our flagship initiatives is PropertyVIEW® Content Verification Services, which provides hotels with insights into their market trends and best practices. Our team of auditors conducts detailed analysis of hotels and provides reports to clients, which help them make data-driven decisions to improve their revenue and operational efficiency.
Remote work or Minsk office.
Full-time(8 hours/day).
Technical stack: Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Hibernate, MySQL, MongoDB, REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Maven, Git, Docker, JUnit/Mockito, CI/CD
A strong candidate will have

5+ years of Java development experience.

Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for communication with the CTO.

Willingness to improve personal productivity by actively using and adopting AI-powered tools.

Strong knowledge of Java 17, OOP, multithreading, functional programming.

Experience with Spring Boot and ecosystem components.

Understanding of database design and working experience with SQL and NoSQL.

Experience building and consuming APIs and working with messaging systems.

Solid understanding of testing principles and hands-on experience with automated tests.

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and application modules.
- Support existing functionality and perform performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers.
- Contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
- Ensure high standards of code quality and testing practices.
