Content / Project Manager (Video Production)

About the role:

We’re looking for a person who can manage the full delivery process of video content for our clients – from receiving raw materials to delivering final edited videos (made by our video editors).

It’s a mix of project management + creativity, focused on smooth communication, deadlines, and quality.

You’ll make sure everything runs on time – that editors know what to do, clients send tasks, and each video looks and feels right for the audience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the delivery process of all client tasks – from raw script to final video;
• Make sure we get all required materials from clients on time (recordings, assets, etc.);
• Maintain the project board and assign tasks to editors and designers;
• Prepare short-form video scripts (based on transcripts or long-form videos);
• Find or suggest b-rolls to match the story;
• Brainstorm and prepare YouTube thumbnail ideas for new videos;
• Review final edits to ensure consistency and quality;
• Communicate with clients (share our works, ask for the feedback).

You need:

• English B1 and higher (all content and communication are in English);
• Understanding of AI, coding, and startup culture – since 90% of videos are tech-related;
• Strong communication and organization skills – you’ll manage both clients and editors;
• Attention to detail and ability to spot what makes content visually engaging;

🦋 Would be a plus:

• Experience in video production, social media content, or YouTube;
• Experience preparing scripts or managing creative teams;
• Basic design or editing skills (helpful but not required).
