For more than eight years, we’ve been evolving and expanding, and as we grow, so does our team. We’re now looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to help make our products even more valuable for our clients!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the backlog: Defining and detailing tasks for development, QA and design teams.
- Creating and refining project documentation: Preparing vision documents, product requirement documents, feature descriptions, analytical notes, and other specifications.
- Stakeholder management: Running regular demos, managing expectations, negotiating priorities, obtaining approvals, and handling conflicting interests among internal departments and partners.
- Quality assurance of requirements: Defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, supporting UAT, and ensuring that delivered features align with the original business objectives.
- Describing and detailing client business processes: Documenting "as is" and "to be" states.
- Problem-solving: Addressing issues that require analytical input, including problem formalization, idea generation, selection, systematization, and implementation.
- Collaborating with colleagues: Engaging in expert-driven discussions to propose and implement product improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 4 years as a systems analyst in the IT field.
- Documentation skills: Proven experience in creating project, technical, and operational documentation.
- Development knowledge: Familiarity with development methodologies and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Technical understanding: Knowledge of modern technologies and principles of web application development.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
- Language proficiency: Russian and English — advanced level or higher.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the OSINT field.
- Experience in creating or working in startups.
- Background as a technical writer.
- Experience as a software developer.
