1. Customer Service Department
Requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. You will manage client communication, support documentation (contracts, invoices, payments), and coordinate between clients and internal departments.

2. Offering Department
Ideal for individuals with negotiation and research skills. This team handles vendor relations, price collection, and offer preparation for shipments.

3. Operations Department
Best suited for those with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Responsibilities include transport organization, shipment tracking, and coordination with customs brokers. A strong understanding of logistics and customs procedures is essential.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment

Main Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end transportation by road, air, ocean, and rail. Ensure each shipment follows agreed timelines and client requirements.

• Documentation Management: Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, contracts, certificates of origin, waybills, etc.) in compliance with international standards.

• Customs and Brokerage Handling: Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate clearance, smooth border crossings, and compliance with all import/export regulations.

• Route Planning & Cost Calculation: Develop optimal shipment routes, calculate transportation costs, and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions.

• Communication with Stakeholders: Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and port/airport authorities to ensure smooth logistics processes.

• Shipment Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the movement of goods, provide real-time shipment updates to clients, and manage any deviations or delays.

• Problem Solving: Handle operational challenges such as transit delays, cargo damages, or customs issues by providing quick, practical solutions.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving logistics workflows, documentation efficiency, and communication practices within the team.

• Coordination with Internal Departments: Work closely with the Offering and Customer Service teams to ensure all client requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities meet company standards and client expectations, maintaining a high level of operational accuracy.
