Python Engineer

In this role you will:

• Build and scale high-load Python systems processing.

• Develop data pipeline architectures using Kafka for real-time event streaming and StarRocks for OLAP queries.

• Build and maintain distributed async processing systems with Celery handling operations across priority queues.

• Integrate with microservices via gRPC/RabbitMQ for ML-based bid recommendations and analytics.

• Build RESTful APIs handling bulk operations with Django REST Framework

• Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and graceful degradation patterns.

• Instrument applications with APM tools (Datadog), metrics collection (Prometheus), and error tracking (Sentry).

• Work with message queue systems (RabbitMQ/AMQP) for asynchronous cross-service communication.

• Optimize complex SQL queries and database for performance.

• Participate in architectural decisions balancing technical excellence with business impact.

About you:

• Over 3 years of professional experience working with Python.

• Proficient in Django and Django Rest Framework.

• Hands-on experience with data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Skilled in scaling microservices architectures and managing service-to-service communication.

• Experienced with modern CI/CD practices and tools.

• Proven ability to establish and optimize development processes for better team productivity.

• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, HTML5, client/server architecture, and security principles.

• Focused on aligning technical decisions with business objectives to deliver value-driven solutions.

• B1 English level.
