Role Overview
The Finance Analyst plays a key role in Autotelic Group’s investment and portfolio operations, supporting financial strategy across both industrial and innovation-driven projects.
This role blends analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and multidisciplinary insight to guide investment decisions, monitor portfolio performance, and support sustainable growth across the Group’s ventures.
While a basic understanding of emerging technologies and digital assets is beneficial, the primary focus lies in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio strategy across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze new investment opportunities across industrial, technology, and emerging sectors, evaluating risk, return, and strategic fit.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks for group projects and potential acquisitions.
- Conduct due diligence on target companies and ventures, assessing financial health, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
- Prepare and present investment memos, strategy reports, and presentations for the Group CFO and executive leadership.
- Monitor and assess the financial performance and budgeting of group ventures and portfolio companies.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize capital allocation, cash flow, and cost structures.
- Identify market and sector trends to inform long-term strategic direction and diversification.
- Support M&A analysis and partnership evaluations, providing data-driven financial insights.
- Track macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends relevant to Autotelic’s investment areas — including industrial growth, technology innovation, and digital economies.
- Evaluate the potential of new financial instruments and technologies, providing measured perspectives on adoption and risk.
- Contribute to the Group’s ongoing exploration of integrated finance, technology, and sustainability strategies.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial dashboards consolidating performance across ventures.
- Prepare executive reports and board presentations highlighting performance metrics, key risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and consistency in financial reporting and controls across global operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, investments, or strategic planning — ideally within a holding, VC, or diversified industrial group.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Understanding of investment due diligence and corporate finance principles.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a multi-project, cross-border environment.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with emerging technologies, crypto or digital finance as an advantage but not a requirement.
- Fluent in Russian and English
