We are Bito ERP (bito.uz), building a next-generation ERP system for businesses — including modules for Sales, Finance, Inventory, CRM, and more.

Now we’re looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to help make our system even more intuitive, modern, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

Design web, mobile, and desktop interfaces for our ERP system

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma

Simplify complex business processes into clear and functional UX

Collaborate closely with developers

Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library

Ensure a unified UX across all ERP modules (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, CRM, POS, etc.)

Requirements:

3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of successful product launches

Experience designing SaaS, ERP, or business management systems — big plus

Deep understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability testing

Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design best practices

Ability to design for multiple user roles (Admin, Cashier, Warehouse Manager, Sales Rep, etc.)

Attention to detail and structured, user-centered thinking

-English proficiency for documentation and team communication - big plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with ERP/CRM/POS/Fintech products

Strong in UX writing, onboarding flows, and empty states
