Accountant

Preparation of sales invoices for the Uzbekistan company and recording them in the accounting software.
• Preparation of collection reports for customer payments received in cash and bank in Uzbekistan.
• Preparation of debtor ageing reports by salesperson and arranging receivables meetings with sales personnel.
• Forwarding statements of accounts to sales personnel at the beginning of each month and as needed.
• Reconciling customer accounts after proper accounting.
• Managing the warehouse in Uzbekistan and handling inventory management of stock stored in the warehouse.
• Ensuring that the stock in the Uzbekistan warehouse matches the stock as per the accounting software.
• Coordinating with accounting, tax, and compliance consultants in Uzbekistan to ensure proper management of accounting, stock, and taxation records in compliance with Uzbek regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with the bank in Uzbekistan whenever required.
• Ensuring that bank reconciliation statements for the Uzbek bank account are properly managed.
• Preparing and sending sales reports, collection reports, and stock reports on a monthly basis and whenever required by the Uzbek sales team and management.
• Coordinating with compliance and regulatory authorities in Uzbekistan whenever required.
• Coordinating with accounting and tax consultants in Uzbekistan to ensure accounting records are properly maintained in compliance with Uzbek regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with consultants in Uzbekistan to ensure company records are regularly reconciled with the records maintained by local consultants.
• Managing proper control and documentation of cash collections handled by Uzbek sales personnel, ensuring accurate records and risk management for effective cash management.
• Ensuring adherence to all the above responsibilities, coordinating with the Head Office and India office, and reporting to the assigned Head Office team members.
• Proficiency in English and Uzbek language.
