• A law degree from a Kazakhstan Law School
• Excellent English
• Experience in corporate matters such as
• Corporate
• Real Estate
• Mining
• VC law
• Contract Law
• Maybe litigation
• Etc

Looking for a Kazakh lawyer from a Kazakh law school (not seeking an advocate but would consider) who has their own clients to work on their own clients and clients and law firm clients that the lawyer mutually agrees to work on.

You will work on legal projects providing legal consulting projects almost exclusively re Kazakh (only) corporate law. You might work alone or with other Kazakh lawyers or an Anerican lawyer who is part of the team.

3. Vasiliev, Klein, Usov & Litvinov The company is looking for the only practitioner who has his own business who would like to become part of our activities in Kazakhstan. We will not offer you any business from the very beginning. You must have your own income and clients.

You will be required to

• - Advising employees on the application of labor legislation.
  -updating the legal framework of the company
  -drafting contracts and transaction support
  -work with internal document management
• Advising on any area of Kazakh law that you feel comfortable with
  Conduct contractual work in the Company: develop and verify compliance with the legislation of draft contracts;
  Conducting legal research if necessary
