Data Intelligence Product Manager (APAC)

We are currently seeking a Data Intelligence Product Manager (APAC) to take a leadership role in developing and managing innovative products and features focused on non-documentary identity verification solutions tailored for the APAC market.

As a Data Intelligence Product Manager (APAC) you will take over: expansion and management of the products and features in APAC related to non-documentary identity verification. Specifically, regarding the following:

- QES Verification

- Non-Doc Verification (eID Systems)

- Bank Account Verification

- Penny Drop Verification

- Digital Identity Wallet Verification

Responsibilities:

• Research and assess cutting-edge database products to unlock new revenue opportunities
• Coordinate new database product releases and manage the portfolio of existing products
• Ensure ongoing reduction of database product costs as well as implementing redundancy options where needed
• Manage existing partner relationships and continuously look for opportunities for improvement and/or replacement
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to expand our customer base, maximize revenue, and drive retention
• Collaborate with Legal and Data Protection teams to navigate commercial and regulatory challenges seamlessly
• Work alongside Product Marketing to craft compelling go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and demand

You have:

• At least 1 year of experience in product management, particularly in KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity solutions. Prior technical product management experience is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of identity verification solutions and the broader identity verification market.
• Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional APAC languages is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical background with the ability to grasp complex product concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven skills in managing relationships with partners and technology providers, with the capacity to coordinate multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Effective project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
