🚗 About Us
We're a fast-growing used car dealership network operating across Indiana, California, and soon opening a 4th location in Illinois.
We specialize in reliable, affordable, and luxury pre-owned vehicles and are now expanding our leadership team with a results-driven professional who can take full ownership of both sales and marketing performance across multiple locations.
🎯 About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor - someone who understands the U.S. automotive market, sees trends before others, and knows how to launch new strategies fast.
You’ll lead the sales team, oversee marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to maximize conversions, ROI, and profit.
This is not a “corporate observer” role - it’s for someone who thrives in action, adapts fast, and delivers measurable growth.
🧩 Key Responsibilities- Analyze current sales performance across all locations.
- Develop and implement fresh sales and marketing strategies adapted to the U.S. market.
- Lead and motivate the sales team: hire, coach, and maintain high accountability and performance.
- Maintain a transparent reporting and KPI system for all sales managers.
- Monitor key metrics weekly: lead-to-sale conversion, response times, ROI, and profitability.
- Evaluate marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, automotive marketplaces, etc.) and reallocate budgets based on ROI.
- Report results directly to company leadership and present solutions, not just numbers.
- Achieve targeted profit and ROI levels through continuous optimization of sales and marketing performance.
👤 Requirements- English level: C1 or higher - must be able to communicate directly with U.S. customers, partners, and vendors.
- Proven experience leading sales and/or marketing teams, preferably in the automotive or high-ticket B2C sector.
- Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, automotive marketplaces).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Confident leadership: able to motivate, train, and hold the team accountable.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented — not afraid to test, adjust, and push forward.
- Experience in the U.S. automotive market is a major advantage.
💰 Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $2,500–$3,500/month (depending on experience).
- Bonuses: performance-based (sales).
- Fully remote position aligned to the U.S. Chicago time zone.
