Admin (Language centre)

• Manage daily office and administrative operations
• Handle student inquiries, registration, and course scheduling
• Develop and maintain close communication with parents and students
• Manage social media promotions and advertising campaigns
• Maintain accurate student and financial records
• Support teachers and coordinate with the academic team
• Prepare performance and sales reports
• Deliver excellent customer service to students and parents

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Conversational English at least Intermediate level
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams): ability to create reports, presentations, maintain spreadsheets, and analyze data.
• Strong persuasive and presentation skills for promoting courses through interpersonal communication,calls and social media apps
• Ability to prepare reports, budgets, and staff schedules
• Skilled in customer follow-up and closing enrollments
• Polite and professional communication skills
• Creative ideas for increasing student enrollment and retention
