Provide legal advice and support to the Medical School administration and departments.

Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements (employment, service, research, academic, and partnership contracts).

Ensure compliance with local laws, university policies, and medical education standards.

Prepare internal regulations, policies, and legal documentation.

Represent the university in legal matters when required.

Monitor legislative changes affecting higher education and healthcare institutions.

Conduct training or consultations for staff on relevant legal and regulatory issues.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (from a recognized university).

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in education or healthcare.

Strong knowledge of civil, labor, and administrative law.

Experience working with educational or governmental institutions is an advantage.

Excellent drafting and communication skills in Uzbek and Russian; proficiency in English is a strong plus.

High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.

Englich C1 level.
