Global Technical Support Engineer

Responsibility:

1.Responsible for solving the customer requirement ,maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.

2.Committed to making the Inovance's products growing up，such as customer site troubleshooting, and feedback product improvement to R&D

3.Responsible for the signing, training, optimization and daily inspections of service partners, such as service center and maintenance center.

4.Continuously improve the technical ability of products and solutions, through learning and problem solving.

5.Committed on making customers simply use of Inovance's products, such as providing training or troubleshooting manuals.

Requirements:

1.Major in electrical engineering, electrical engineering and automation, power electronics and power transmission, electrical machinery and electrical appliances, electrical machinery and electrical appliances and control engineering, automation, control science and control engineering, mechatronics, mechanical and electronic engineering, etc.

2.Accept travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and team spirit.

3.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Points if you can communicate in Chinese.
