Responsibilities:
- Research equity and index market trends, sentiment, and positioning
- Track earnings, valuation, and sector performance
- Collect, organize, and analyze market and economic data
- Prepare daily and weekly summaries of important developments
- Support trading framework development and performance tracking
- Follow market reactions to macro events (CPI, FOMC, NFP, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks related to main operations and team
- Exceptionally smart and analytical, eager to learn fast
- Solid understanding of macroeconomics and financial markets
- Interest or prior exposure to stock trading or investing
- Strong English reading skills
- Ready to work long and demanding hours when needed
- Excellent at research, data gathering, and independent thinking
- (Preferred) Familiar with Excel, Python, or visualization tools
