Prepare and execute documents related to migration issues for international students and faculty members.
Participate in the admission process for international students, including conducting information sessions, participating in educational fairs, and managing internal grant competitions.
Provide support to international students, including pre-arrival consultations, assistance with cultural adjustment, and ongoing support after arrival.
Organize international events, meetings, and student engagement activities.
Represent the university at international educational exhibitions and recruitment events abroad.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian.
Relevant academic, university, or professional experience.
Сommunication skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Readiness for business trips and active participation in international fairs and projects.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
