Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute documents related to migration issues for international students and faculty members.

  • Participate in the admission process for international students, including conducting information sessions, participating in educational fairs, and managing internal grant competitions.

  • Provide support to international students, including pre-arrival consultations, assistance with cultural adjustment, and ongoing support after arrival.

  • Organize international events, meetings, and student engagement activities.

  • Represent the university at international educational exhibitions and recruitment events abroad.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

  • Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian.

  • Relevant academic, university, or professional experience.

  • Сommunication skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

  • Readiness for business trips and active participation in international fairs and projects.

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
