We’re inviting a Senior Support Manager to ensure top-tier customer care and promote our gaming brands on the Turkish market. Fully remote, high impact, lots of ownership.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Turkish via online chat, fast and empathetically.

  • Advise on product features, tech issues, payments, and general questions (including handling negativity/idle chat).

  • Hit personal financial targets and team CS goals.

  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes and product.

What you’ll bring:
