What you’ll do:
Respond to customer inquiries in Turkish via online chat, fast and empathetically.
Advise on product features, tech issues, payments, and general questions (including handling negativity/idle chat).
Hit personal financial targets and team CS goals.
Collaborate across teams to improve processes and product.
