Job Identification

• Maintain vehicle records, including assignment to drivers and transfers between departments and branches.
• Oversee the operation and repair of company vehicles, ensuring adherence to the company's high technical standards.
• Manage and supervise the work of the service center.
• Handle fuel card acquisition, issuance to new employees, and trip ticket distribution.
• Maintain the technical condition of the office building.
• Settle electricity bills. Liaise with government authorities.
• Close documents with suppliers in SAP.
• Ensure drivers undergo mandatory medical check-ups.
• Participate in internal investigations of road traffic accidents.
• Manage contracts related to toll roads.
• Monitor vehicle activity via GPS for speed and working hours compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive transport-related reporting.

• University Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English - Upper-Intermediate
• Computer skills: MS Office
