Position Description
We are looking for a Game Manager to join our Product Team. This is an internal vacancy open exclusively to current employees in Greece.
The Game Manager will oversee game optimization, coordinate with various departments, and ensure the smooth functionality of our gaming offerings.
Sort games based on monthly promotions: Organize game placements at the start of each month according to active promotions and popular game list.
Reorder games throughout the month based on performance, withdrawals, and other factors.
Monitor game and provider functionality, troubleshoot and fix errors as they arise.
Maintain an up-to-date provider settings table.
Add new games: Enable and configure new games as they are released. Fill the HGC website while enabling new games
Assign tasks for connecting new providers: Oversee these tasks and ensure they are completed (push the responsible).
Configure RTP and Max Bet limits: Assign and monitor tasks for setting RTP and Max Bet limits, ensuring they are implemented as required.
Coordinate with the TAM/BAM on game-related matters: Manage all game-related communications with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Business Account Manager (BAM).
Liaise with the aggregator to resolve connection issues or errors with games.
Maintain and regularly update a table of upcoming game releases, ensuring “hot” releases are highlighted and announced in a timely manner.
Communication with other departments (retention, products, etc.)
Analysis of DSL bonuses for popularity, testing the functionality of the FS in games output of thematic categories (collect games by theme)
Mandatory Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-departmental tasks.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and using related tools.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with handling technical configurations such as RTP and Max Bet.
English language B2.
Would be an advantage:
Previous experience in managing or enabling games for online casino platforms.
Familiarity with using tools and platforms related to game operations and provider settings.
Basic technical knowledge of game integrations and aggregator systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyze game performance and make data-driven decisions.
