Certification Department Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification activities from application to final report issuance in line with Bureau Veritas procedures and ISO requirements.

• Communicate with clients regarding audit schedules, document submissions, and certification processes.

• Prepare and maintain client files, audit plans, and certification documentation.

• Support local and international auditors with logistics, documentation, and schedule coordination.

• Track audit progress and ensure timely completion of reports and corrective actions.

• Prepare invoices and track payment status in cooperation with the Finance department.

• Maintain up-to-date records of certificates, expiry dates, and client correspondence.

• Assist the Certification Manager in preparing performance reports and KPI data.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (experience in certification, quality, or auditing industry preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Uzbek, and Russian.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
