POSITION OBJECTIVE

• To make sure that all foreign trade transactions of the country s/he is responsible of are done safely without any legal risk, in accordance with company procedures and memorandums, with minimum cost and maximum speed;
• To plan and organize the logistics processes of the country, warehousing, local distribution operations in the related country within optimum time and minimum costs, executing the necessary steps according to the procedures and system set up within the time requested in the procedures, contracts or KPI’s agreed;
• To monitor own developed activities and reporting accordingly to the upper management, according to the list of KPI’s defined and agreed;
• To follow up project based tasks within local team & HQ Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations from Turkey.
• Oversee and coordinate customs procedures, including import, export, and transit operations.
• Review and correct shipping and accompanying documentation.
• Handle supplier inquiries and maintain communication with manufacturing plants.
• Support and monitor the signing of contracts and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with customs, certification, and tax authorities.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate delivery and sorting of goods.
• Maintain accurate reporting and work within logistics information systems.

Requirements:

Education and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at related country in Supply Chain Management and Import & Export operations

Professional Skills

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, foreign trade, and domestic transportation.
• In-depth understanding of customs regulations and international agreements.
• Proficient in using IT systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and global trade agreements.
• High attention to detail and strong quantitative thinking.
• Quality-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural environments.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
