We bring together property developers and brokers on a single digital platform where off-plan projects become more transparent, faster to market, and easier to sell.
Alnair helps developers reach new partners, while agents gain direct access to real-time project data, commission structures, and sales tools.

We are looking for a Business Developer to help us scale our partnerships with real estate developers across the UAE.
If you love building relationships, closing deals, and want to be part of a fast-moving PropTech environment — this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and attract new real estate developers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with developers.

  • Conduct B2B negotiations and present Alnair’s platform and services.

  • Demonstrate how Alnair helps developers accelerate sales and expand market reach.

  • Lead online onboarding sessions and remote training for new partners.

  • Support developers after onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the Alnair ecosystem.

  • Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and propose improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (real estate, PropTech, or related industries).

  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan projects is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage decision-makers.

  • English — C2 level or higher (required).

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern digital tools.

Work format and conditions

  • Fully remote position — our team works from different countries.

  • Full-time schedule aligned with Dubai time (GMT+4).

  • 5-day workweek, 8 hours per day.

  • Weekends and public holidays according to the UAE calendar.

  • Paid annual leave.
