Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipment of goods and ensure cargo movements are conducted effectively and efficiently without compromising HSE issues.
Coordinate communication between service providers and company. Maintain daily communication with carriers to coordinate cargo movements and provide to clients exact/forecast dates on cargo arrivals.
Prepare documents for customs clearance, check customs documents, and monitor timing of customs clearance.
Prepare instructions to the International Transport Documentation – CMR, Carnet TIR, Airway Bill.
Coordinate receiving and dispatching the cargo, preparation of the necessary transport documentation.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of Shipment Files, including Goods Tracking and Cost Estimate information: open job files, working in ERP, preparation Sales invoices for customers in ERP, approval of subcontractors purchase invoices, etc.
Arrangement and Control of domestic shipments.
Requirements:
Graduate degree.
Industry background (logistics) 3 years or more.
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
Experience of working in multi-national companies.
Knowledge of all modes of transport (road, sea, rail, air).
English - Upper Intermediate level.
Advanced PC literacy (MS Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Conditions:
Workplace/work schedule: Atyrau, 5/2, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
