Fast Food Restaurant Business Expert

We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Restaurant Business Expert with deep knowledge of industry finance, expenses, and profit rates to drive operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in developing and implementing business expansion strategies, including starting a fast-food chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Operations: Analyze and optimize all facets of restaurant operations (workflow, service delivery).
• Drive Profitability: Manage finances, control costs, and implement strategies to increase sales and profit rates.
• Plan Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, including starting new restaurant locations or a chain.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and customer service.
• Lead & Train Staff: Create and implement training programs to develop team skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Extensive proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial or consulting role within the fast food/QSR industry, preferably including ownership experience.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of fast food business fundamentals, including operational analysis, financial management, and market trends. Must possess specific knowledge of industry finance, expenses, and profit rate structures.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
