The Project Management Office (PMO) at Innowise serves as the core operational engine translating company strategy into measurable business results, ensuring impeccable adherence to global benchmarks and our clients' demanding expectations.
Given the current trajectory of accelerated company growth, we are seeking a foundational reinforcement - compiling a team of visionary leaders. As of now PMO has reached up to 50 Project Managers (PM’s) and this figure will keep growing matching the company expansion goals. Therefore we are setting up a team of 5-7 Unit leaders within PMO to focus on establishment of a sophisticated, self-sustaining practice where process optimization, continuous competency elevation, and the cultivation of an iterative development culture become the bedrock for scalable success.
We are forming PMO Units, each led by a Unit Leader, to build a scalable and mature delivery practice and ensure all underlying projects execute flawlessly. Therefore the role of Unit leader seamlessly integrates Strategic Oversight with Competency Development and Team Management within the PMO structure. You will be accountable for the successful execution of projects, unit financial health, and strategic alignment of the assigned project group, concurrently driving the professional development of the Project Managers operating under your stewardship.
Therefore, the function of Unit Leader demands Portfolio Management skills for the strategic oversight, and governance of the Unit's pipeline (projects and initiatives), combined with Program Management accountability for mentoring and scaling the delivery team to achieve complex, long-term business outcomes.
We expect the successful candidate to assume command of the following integrated responsibility blocks:
The Core Job

Team Leadership and Competency Scaling: Take full responsibility for the team's professional growth. You'll be accountable for Performance Reviews and crafting targeted PDPs to boost competence level up in your Unit. This involves direct coaching, motivation, and mentorship for PM’s within your leadership;
Cross Company Coordination: Systematically manage all the high-level dependencies and interfaces across your Unit and beyond;
Process Maturation: Champion continuous improvement. You'll partner with PMO leadership to standardize and implement advanced practices across the Unit to make project delivery more predictable and efficient;
Taking control: Govern the entire pipeline of projects. You must proactively coordinate with executives to ensure your Unit initiatives are aligned with Unit and company strategy, resolving conflicts to keep our focus sharp;
Financial Command: You bear full operational accountability for the economic and KPI health of the assigned Unit's project portfolio. This includes empowering Project Managers to maintain budget tracking, thereby driving precise Profitability Forecasting across all contractual engagements within the Unit;
