Innowise is entering a new growth phase, expanding from 3,000 to 4,500+ professionals and strengthening its position as a global engineering and consulting company.
To enable this transformation, we are enhancing our Technical Delivery Office, a unified framework consolidating Technical Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and other key technical specialists into a single delivery ecosystem.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Technical Delivery Management to lead this transformation. This role combines strategic leadership, operational discipline, and deep technical expertise, acting as the connecting layer between executive strategy, delivery execution, and engineering excellence.
The Director will ensure quality, predictability, and continuous improvement across Innowise’s global delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Strategy:

  • Lead the Technical Delivery Office, integrating Delivery and Technical Leadership functions under a unified governance model;

  • Define and institutionalize delivery frameworks, technical excellence standards, and KPIs across projects and initiatives;

  • Align delivery processes with company growth plans, ensuring scalability, transparency, and client satisfaction;

  • Introduce structured systems to measure, audit, and evolve Quality and Technical Maturity;

  • Ensure compliance with company strategy for Budget Planning & Management.

Leadership & People:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional organization of Technical Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and other key specialists;

  • Build career paths and development programs for technical and hybrid delivery roles (e.g., ex-developers, solution owners, tech-savvy DMs);

  • Foster a performance-driven culture centered on Customer Success, Team Satisfaction, and Value Delivery;

  • Coach delivery leadership teams to strengthen technical decision-making, architectural thinking, and business-to-engineering communication;

  • Champion an engineering-first delivery culture, combining business value with technical sustainability;

  • Support solution incubation and cross-domain knowledge exchange to accelerate delivery maturity and innovation.

Operational Excellence:

  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic clients, ensuring delivery excellence and trusted advisory relationships;

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from presale and initiation to execution and post-launch;

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover and foster collaboration between Technical Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering Guilds;

  • Implement best practices in scoping, estimation, budgeting, risk management, and technical validation;

  • Establish efficient forecasting, load planning, and capacity management across projects and initiatives;

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned, post-mortems, and delivery analytics;

  • Nurture internal review processes to continuously raise delivery quality.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years in software engineering and technical delivery, including program management and leadership of large distributed teams (1,000+ engineers scale);

  • Strong engineering background — experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Delivery Leader, or equivalent;

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor delivery leadership teams with profound technical expertise;

  • Proven success managing multi-domain, multi-region delivery structures in outsourcing or consulting environments;

  • Experience introducing delivery standards, technical metrics, and engineering maturity models;

  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing negotiations;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both C-level executives and senior engineers;

  • English proficiency: C1 or higher.
