ONE LUX is a boutique real estate agency. We work exclusively with HNWI clients with property purchase budgets ranging from $1 million to $100 million. Following the “Private Banking” principle, we support our clients at every stage — from market consultation and property selection to the successful completion of the transaction.
We are growing our Dubai team and seeking motivated Frontline Sales Specialists.
Your main task will be to handle inbound leads with budgets starting from $1M and schedule Zoom meetings or in-person consultations with brokers.
This is a fully remote position with no cold calling involved.
In this role, you will introduce international high-net-worth clients to Dubai’s luxury real estate market. Your responsibilities include building trust and credibility, representing ONE LUX and its portfolio, providing initial consultations on high-end off-plan projects, addressing client inquiries, and scheduling appointments with senior brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound leads via calls and chats (CRM chats, messengers, and email).
- Developing in-depth knowledge of 5-8 top Dubai off-plan developments, including key selling points, payment plans, and ROI potential, to confidently address client questions.
- Creating urgency and excitement to encourage clients to book Zoom or in-office consultations with senior sales advisors.
- Promoting the benefits of property ownership in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
Who We’re Looking For: - Fast learners with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level); additional languages are an advantage.
- Passionate about sales and eager to build a career in Dubai’s real estate sector.
- No prior experience required — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training.
