Requirements:

Higher professional education, preferably in the field of aviation.

Preferably holding a valid certificate for Transportation of Dangerous Goods (DGR).

Certificate in Aviation Security for Aircraft Maintenance (MRO).

Certificates in Human Factors and Dangerous Goods are required.

Minimum total experience: 7 years.

At least 5 years of experience in aviation logistics.

At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
Customs and Logistics Coordination
- Ensures control over customs clearance procedures to guarantee the smooth import and export of spare parts and equipment.
- Organizes and manages the workflow within the logistics department.
- Ensures staff succession and effective knowledge transfer.
- Maintains constructive relationships with business partners, establishes processes and procedures for payments, documentation, inventory optimization, and stock control.
Transportation and Freight Management
- Manages the transportation of goods and selects appropriate cargo carriers.
- Ensures the conclusion of contracts for freight forwarding, transportation, and related services.
- Develops transportation plans and organizes the technological process of cargo movement.
- Maintains and supervises transport-related documentation flow.
- Analyzes the quality and timeliness of deliveries, as well as payment compliance for transportation services.
Aircraft Parts and Maintenance Logistics
- Controls timely delivery of spare parts for aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance (C-checks), as well as repairs of components, engines, and APU units, ensuring prompt return to stock.
- Monitors leasing periods for rented spare parts and ensures timely payment of lease charges.
Financial and Supplier Coordination
- Ensures preparation of documentation packages for timely payments to transportation companies (for import/export and cargo delivery).
- Monitors payments for leased equipment and spare parts, ensuring timely settlements during C-checks and engine repairs at MRO facilities.
- Oversees payments to other airlines under existing agreements for purchasing, leasing, and repairing aircraft tools, equipment, wheels, brakes, and batteries.
- Enhances coordination with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments to suppliers in accordance with contractual terms.
