Chief legal expert for EPC projects

PJSC LUKOIL is looking for new talents in the sphere of legal support of major infrastructure and construction projects to join the International Law Department of its Moscow HQ and possibly the legal teams of the LUKOIL Group overseas offices for the position of Chief legal expert.

Who we are

Our team provides legal support for the international business activities of the LUKOIL Group. Among other things, we deal with such issues as large EPC projects in Russia and abroad. Our focus is in drafting and negotiating construction deals as well as in advising our colleagues regarding the performance of such contracts.

What do we expect from you

The key requirements for the applicant are an impeccable knowledge of civil law and private international law, experience in work with such types of common law governed project documents as FEED, EPC, PC, technology license packages, etc.

Understanding of the problems of the legal regulation of subsoil use is a substantial plus.

Required experience: five years at least.
