Logistics Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Product Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with at least 5 years of experience in the transportation and logistics field who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at creating transportation and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate has experience of working in a major transportation or logistics company in Customer Service or Pricing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of logistics solutions.
• Work with transportation and logistics agents and partners across multiple geographies (China, Europe, Kazakhstan, etc.) to obtain the most competitive rates.
• Collaborate extensively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including operations, sales, agents, and customers, to define product requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance etc.).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful logistics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Very good English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
• Proficiency in Chinese is not required but considered a significant asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
