Regularly undergoes training on key aspects of legal and regulatory compliance.
Must be able to prevent rule violations upon detection and prevent damage to the company.
Monitors the execution of administrative documents issued by department heads and company management.
Oversees registration and storage of legal acts, agreements, and contracts.
Independently prepares (develops) draft administrative documents (regulations) within the company (orders, directives, instructions, rules, policies, regulations, and other internal legal acts); ensures their approval and release.
Conducts business correspondence in the field of legal and regulatory affairs.
Develops and conducts legal review of internal legal acts, policies, instructions, and standards.
Conducts legal monitoring of Kazakhstan’s legislation and law enforcement practices.
Develops and ensures timely approval of draft internal legal acts; participates in meetings to resolve discrepancies and prepares disagreement protocols as assigned by the department head.
Submits proposals to amend or repeal legal acts adopted in violation of current legislation, as well as to update acts relevant to the Company’s activities.
Interacts with executive and other government authorities and organizations within the department’s scope of competence.
Prepares draft letters (requests, inquiries) to government bodies, organizations, and institutions to obtain and/or provide information on matters within the department’s competence.
Participates in meetings, commissions, councils, groups, and other working bodies.
Prepares materials for reviewing inquiries from individuals, legal entities, and state bodies within the department’s competence, and drafts responses to such inquiries.
Collects, analyzes, and prepares materials required for drafting and presenting legal opinions, clarifications, consultations, and responses to documents and questions within the department’s scope.
Participates in preparing presentation materials for meetings and company lawmaking plans related to the department’s area of responsibility.
