Main functions:

• To deliver guest luggage to/from the guest rooms.
• Carefully make loading, unloading, transportation and delivery of luggage to/from guest rooms.
• To ensure safety of things and luggage.
• To keep in an order luggage rooms and carts for luggage transportation.
• To provide information about transport services in the city, taxi services, delivery and other.
• Organize the transportation upon guest request.
• To provide information about the events which are taking place in the hotel and to specify a way to guests in the necessary direction.
• To report timely to a management about all claims of the guests and conflict situations arising in hotel.
• To know the working schedule and location of all restaurants, bars, offices and other institutions which are in the hotel premises.
• To answer the phone calls according to standards of the hotel, to transfer the calls.

Requirements:

• Spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Computer user
• Ability to work different shifts
