Develop of strategies, procedures and instructions for inspection, maintenance, inspection of breathing, spring, pilot, shut-off (ESDV, XV) and control valves, shut-off valves (hereinafter referred to as equipment) in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international standards and rational methods
Ensuring technical support. inspections and certification of equipment in accordance with Kazakhstan regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices
Ensuring timely analysis of documentation and provision of comments to the engineering department and design team for new facilities upon receipt of relevant requests
Ensure timely and proactive follow-up on all applicable shutdown reports and lessons learned in the employee's area of responsibility
Ensure proactive planning, preparation and scheduling of future maintenance with the required level of equipment integrity and reliability in the employee's area of responsibility
Providing proactive coordination of maintenance activities, including managing the activities of contractors and suppliers in the employee's area of responsibility
Requirements:
Diploma/qualification of engineer
At least 5 years of experience in maintenance work in the oil and gas industry
Knowledge of cost estimation and working with contractors
