Spare Parts Supervisor (After Sales Service of cars)

1. Responsible for the supervision and management of outsourced spare parts warehouse, including procurement, storage, distribution and inventory.
2. Communicated with China domestic after-sales service department and local after-sales service department to ensure smooth and efficient spare parts supply chain.
3. Monthly analysis of spare parts sales data, optimize inventory levels and spare parts types.
4. Ensure the quality of spare parts and handle customer complaints related to spare parts.
5. Guide team members in spare parts order processing and customer service.
6. Responsible for the annual negotiation and review of leasing contracts with outsourced warehouses;
7. Regularly report spare parts inventory status and sales performance to department manager.

​​​​​​​1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, automotive engineering or related major.
2. Experience: at least 3 years of spare parts management or logistics management experience.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: Excellent inventory management, logistics coordination and data analysis ability.
5. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive spare parts and supply chain management.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and inventory management system.
