Junior Accountant (Bank and Cash), Almaty

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant in Almaty to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing financial reporting, and handling foreign currency transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the smooth operation of financial processes.

As a Junior Accountant, you will:

• Prepare and submit payment orders (including foreign currency transactions) to the bank, ensuring their proper processing.
• Retrieve bank statements and record transactions in the accounts for cashless monetary funds.
• Communicate with banks on all matters related to foreign exchange control, registering documents for obtaining a unique control number (UNC), and close registered foreign exchange contracts, ensuring compliance with foreign exchange regulations.
• Prepare financial movement data required for accounting and management reporting.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Process material write-offs.
• Complete all necessary documentation for foreign exchange transactions.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics.
• English language skills (at least Intermediate level).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
