Senior Billing Support Specialist (Serbia)

We are looking for a Senior Billing Support Specialist in Serbia.

Servers.com is an international hosting provider with data centers in the US, Europe and Asia. We provide reliable business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.
Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services and other high-load systems.

Main responsibilities:

• processing customers’ requests through the ticket system, live chat in Russian and English;
• preparing and coordinating contracts signing with customers;
• working with internal billing system and invoicing system;
• working in CRM;
• writing instructions for external and internal knowledge bases, etc.

Our expectations:

• 3+ years experience in customer support/sales;
• good spoken and written language;
• English at a level sufficient for correspondence and communication with clients (not lower than intermediate);
• passion to work with clients;
• motivation to develop professionally in the field of information technology.

Would be a plus:

• knowledge of the protocols and services used to provide hosting solutions;
• user experience with Linux OS;
