Responsibilities:
- Build and own the strategic product roadmap for payment offers, taking product concepts from ideation through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Define and measure product and monetisation success, using data and analytics to inform priorities and evaluate impact.
- Champion best practices for financial data management, analytics, and user experience within the payment offers.
- Lead constant analysis and optimization of purchase flows for different customer segments, leveraging personalization and localization to improve revenue.
- Operate with an agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation to prototype, test and optimize our product offering effectiveness across different cohorts.
- Clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3 years of product management experience with a track record of deliverables ideally within Finance or Monetisation parts of consumer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of unit economy, pricing models, budgeting, forecasting, cost management and multi-currency workflows.
- Mandatory data usage practices to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives, taking care of both ‘what’ and ‘why'.
- Thoughtful context shifting to utilise a balanced blend of technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy.
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with the Payment Operations and Fraud teams to identify business opportunities and deliver them in a secure and compliant way.
- Experience working with ML/AI-enabled products is a plus.
- Relocate on Cyprus.
