About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in QuickBooks. The role will start with a higher workload to reconcile past transactions and organize existing records. After the initial phase, the workload will stabilize at around 5–10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks

  • Record and categorize financial transactions accurately

  • Maintain and organize financial records

  • Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as needed

  • Collaborate with management to ensure data accuracy

  • Assist with setting up and optimizing QuickBooks workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (preferably with small businesses or agencies)

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

  • Experience in reconciliation and transaction clean-up

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Availability for occasional calls during EST hours
