About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in QuickBooks. The role will start with a higher workload to reconcile past transactions and organize existing records. After the initial phase, the workload will stabilize at around 5–10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks
Record and categorize financial transactions accurately
Maintain and organize financial records
Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as needed
Collaborate with management to ensure data accuracy
Assist with setting up and optimizing QuickBooks workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (preferably with small businesses or agencies)
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Experience in reconciliation and transaction clean-up
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English
Availability for occasional calls during EST hours
