Marketing Analyst

IRBIS HVAC Inc. is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Department.

We need someone with strong analytical skills who can develop and enhance our existing marketing analytics system, ensuring accurate data tracking and actionable insights for decision-making.

The ideal candidate is not only data-driven but also a strong communicator and emotionally intelligent professional — able to work calmly and effectively within a team that includes different personalities and informal leaders. You must be conflict-free, adaptable, and quick to learn, as our marketing department covers multiple directions that require continuous learning and understanding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing analytics.

• Experience with Notion or similar software.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner, open-minded, and team-oriented mindset.
