Media Buyer

We are currently looking for an ambitious and analytical Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, enjoys experimenting with new strategies, and knows how to turn clicks into conversions.

Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, and other platforms;
• Conduct real-time analysis and optimization of active campaigns;
• Participate in the creative process — generate and test ideas for ad concepts and visuals;
• Plan and test new tools, features, and traffic sources on advertising platforms;
• Monitor budgets, track campaign performance, and adjust spending to meet goals;
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on campaign efficiency;
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve conversion rates and reduce costs;
• Constantly explore new GEOs, trends, and advertising opportunities in the digital landscape.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer / PPC Specialist;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and tracking tools;
• Understanding of conversion funnels and key performance metrics;
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and make data-driven decisions quickly;
• Creative mindset and initiative in testing new formats and approaches;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to Have:
• Experience working in Gambling, FinTech, or Affiliate marketing verticals;
• Knowledge of mobile traffic acquisition;
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, Keitaro).
