Junior Marketing Specialist (Bengali Language)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations and external communications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle business correspondence and communication with external contacts
• Collect, organize, and prepare reports based on incoming data
• Work with internal systems and spreadsheets
• Monitor task performance and assist in optimizing processes
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

• Native-level Bengali and fluent English (or Russian) for daily communication
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in support, sales, or the digital field
• Understanding of digital environments and online promotion channels
• Skills in analytics and reporting
